Videos on facebook

Hi, I currently use filmigo to create short videos which I share on Instagram. The quality is great, however if I share the same video to Facebook it doesn't look the same, the quality is not as good.
Can anyone give some pointers please?

Heya. Facebook compresses all content such as video and pictures so it never looks amazing x
