Virtual Memory (please Help)

Hi i am trying to store some software on my laptop

It's saying that i don't have enough virtual memory, do you know how i free some up,

(trying to sound like i know what im talking about)

Re start the laptop and try again. If you have been using it alot before trying to install that could be the reason.
