Vitiligo and eyelash tinting

Please can you tell me the effect of eyelash tinting on someone with vitiligo on their eyelashes? I have a client who wonders whether tinting will "take" on vitiligo affected lashes.

I have done it once with the blue black tint, the colour took however the client said it lasted only about 2 weeks.

I have a regular 17yr old client who has it quite badly, I've been seeing her for the last 18mths/2yrs.

Its very effective but I'd say that it doesnt last as long as normal. Her eyelashes are always completely white again within 4 weeks.
