VTCT A&P course - home study?

hi all

I am looking at doing a course in Anatomy & physiology as I would like to go on a do Indian Head massage, reflexology, holistics etc. As this is a mainly course work course, I was looking at doing a home study course. I have looked at some vtct ones but there are others. I have never heard of the other qualifications and am not sure what to go for.

Does anyone have any recommendations for home study courses and who to go with
