The questions are ..What are your responsibilities in the workplace with regard to quality assurance?
and

Give details of the policy in your training establishment regarding consistent procedures.

Any help appreciated.My hubby is doing reflexology and despite his best efforts has had these questions returned.Maybe somone could rephrase the questions into something we can understand.Not quite sure what is required.

What did he answer initially Gil?

I would say that think of it this way - as a therapist you are responsible for the quality of the treatment that the customer receives so what type of things can affect the quality of the treatment and what can you do to ensure that quality is maintained?
