Waterproof eyeliner

Hi can anyone recommend a good black eye pencil for the water line that does not come off.

They all come off I find, even waterproof ones! I find it lasts longer if I put eyeliner on the waterline, then dip my pencil into a teeny bit of MAC fluidline and go over it.
