Hi Guys,

My friend wears liquid liner every day but she is finding with the heat, etc it now isnt lasting as long. Can anyone reccomend a good waterproof, sweatproof etc liquid liner that she wont have to keep touching up throughout the day? Also, normal kohl liner?
she is using a fairly cheap brand but knows she might have to pay for a good quality one!

Thanks!

i like to wear alot of eyeliner and never go out without any eyeliner on. It never comes off through the day and never have to touvh it up through the day not even in the heat. The pencil i use is one from avon. It really big too so lasts ages and the liquid one im using at the moment is a collection 2000 one which is not that expensive but their eyeliners are really good. Avons liquid eyeliner is brilliant and so easy to put on but doesnt last that long so ive switched to collection 2000's one with the longer brush. not the the fast strokie one with the wee stumpy brush xx

I use a black eye powder by Lily Lolo, its a mineral eyeshadow, I use a damp liner brush if im going out or dry for a day look stays put and I dont look like a panda that has escaped from a zoo lol

I am such a huge fan of mineral make up...changed the way i looked at make up...i use ID bare minerals powder eye liner...using a good tapered thin brush with it might look tricky but brushing it on is a dream.I use brown as it brings out my blue eyes, but black for the evening.hth:)

It is fairly wtare proof, however the best water proof i ever used was from Pupa which is a liquid eyeliner,it is italian i am not sure if you can get it in the UK though...really gives the "cleopatra" look as well!

Blinc do a liquid liner but i haven't tried it

I use and recommend Blinc mascara and eyeliner for all my clients, specifically brides, where they're going to be wearing it for a long time and they're likely to cry.
It's fab!

Bobby Brown Gel liners are fab. Easy to apply and stay all day. Long lasting too and you can make the line as thin or thick as you like. They also have a range of colours. Come in a small pot.

Word of caution though............ don't let the BB counter staff sell you a gel liner brush. They are pants. I use a slanted liner brush by MAC.

I use MAC liquid liner, it is fab. It is that smudge proof i can't get it off!

I too am a fan of Collection 2000 liner, I have tried loads over the years and this one stays put all day and I love the brush. x

Hi. I swear by Mac blacktrack gel eyeliner applied with a small brush from Lily lolo.
I almost live in the swimming pool during the summer months and it's never let me down yet.
It costs around £11 but a pot lasts me 6 months and I wear it every day so I think it's a bargain really.

Hey Tigi makes an awesome one, I think its swimmers liner.

Sleek do a cream eyeliner that lasts for ever and is fairly cheap- about £4 if my memory serves me correctly. Make sure you apply it over a primer though, it stains

I would recommend buying a decent brush though. The Stila angles liner brush is awesome.

Smashbox do a eyeliner that waterproff and it stay's on for ever you buy this on qvc shopping channel, comes in a small pot and brush .Sorry can't remember how much it is.:)

Revlon's Colorstay eyeliner is FAB! :)

illamasqua do a sealing gel that you can put over anything, lipstick eyeliner etc, and it stays on for ever!

they also do an eyeliner cake with can be used alon or used in conjunction with the sealing gel, you can also use the sealing gel with any powder eyeshadow to transform it into a liner,

cant recommend it enough :)

OOoh i've heard so much about Illamasqua but never managed to get myself to a counter! Must do that soon.

you defiently need to go!

you wont be dissappointed :) your purse might be though!

:)
