Hi guys, have a problem with intimate waxing, I have'nt done any training for this yet only doing my mum and a friend. I am applying less wax, bonding strip, and stretch as much as I can but the last twice the wax has stuck and no matter how much i try it will not come off so is left in the hair nice! really peeved with my self for not doing it right but have no idea what I'm doing wrong any suggestions? xx

That's what training is for. If you have the proper training then any problems will be discussed on your course.
For intimate waxing it is imperative that you get the proper training before you start practising on anybody.
You can't really do a technique if you haven't been taught in the first place.
I would get yourself on a training course first and then practice on family and friends when you know the correct procedures.
Also if you go on a course, you will probably use non-strip wax rather than strip wax which is a lot better.
Kim Lawless travels up to Scotland so maybe you could contact her and see when she is next up.
It really is worth doing a course and preferably one that uses non-strip wax as it's a lot less painful-trust me

Hi Angelina, I trained at the local college but they do not cover intimate waxing and tbh think the training was a bit poor due to the fact we only have to be seen waxing each body part once! I am intending to do an intimate waxing course soon, but as my friend does beauty and did not do an intimate waxing course I stupidly thought I'd be ok to wax my mum and pal without training :smack:
Was going to train with ABC beauty as they are in dunfermline but think I'll see what Kim Lawless offers and when I could do it aswell just to see what the difference in courses are.
Thanks xx

Berins teach intimate waxing too hunny, hth

ooh the choice lol it'll take me ages to decide now  xx

I did my intimate male waxing training with Kim but i do use Berins non-strip wax as i get on better with that so either course will be good.
Just make sure any course you go on is accredited but you won't go far wrong with the 2 already mmentioned.
You'll be amazed at the difference in courses. Some are just shocking-lol

the other company uses australlian body care, any good?? lol also I thought the intimate waxing course would cover male and female no? I'm not really wanting to do men but my boyfriend wants me wax his ahem sac  xx

ah well if he still wants it done he can pay for the course  xx

You should always look at the trainer and not the wax that they use. It's experience and knowledge that are important. The wax is important but secondary to the trainers skills and knowledge.

I developed my own techniques after years of specialising in Intimate waxing for men and women. The fact that I use, (in my opinion), the best wax on the market, has nothing to do with my training. I'm an independent trainer and I don't mind what wax my students go on to use and I've always refused commission for any orders they place.

Do your homework and ask the trainer questions. How long have they been training etc.
