I am in the middle of a waxing course, and my bloke has kindly said i can practise by waxing his legs. As men have long hairs, should i trim them down first, or just go for it and wait for the screams!!

Depends how long they are, and if you have any clippers? If you do have some, you might as well clipper them. Otherwise it is going to be a bit of a laborious task cutting them with scissors :lol:

ive got my waxing course next week and ive been asking my boyfriend what we can wax on him and he keeps coming back with "nothing"!! hes so mean! ive told him if i cant practice waxing on him im not gonna practice massage when i do the course either! haha

Hi Hun,
Be kind to him, if he has offered to be your model, I would use a hair trimmer take them down to about 1cm, good length to wax with.
If he is not too traumatised he will let you practice again.
I have had ladies with hairier legs than most men, I always trim them down, I always feel sorry for them being so hairy, it seems so unfair on the girls.

I would say that whether you trim or not depends on how good he has been recently. Has he got you flowers, has he taken you to dinner (and not just because he didn't want to cook), when was the last time he took you to a movie?

You don't need to trim leg hair but you will have to use more strips as they become loaded with hair and wax. xx

You should get your colleagues on your course to sponsor him to get his legs waxed for Comic Relief! Then when you've got like 100 quid of sponsor money if he lets you wax them, then he'll have to agree!

hi,
i have waxed mens legs before without trimming first and they have come out fine but really it would depend how thick the hair is. is your fella has a lot of hair clipping it would probably make it a little less agonising for him. when your technique is spot on however, you would probably be ok to leave it as it is.
