Hi guys, I'd be grateful of your views!!
Waxed a lady the other day, she had quite unruly eyebrows and had only ever had her brows shaped once before.
I cleansed as normal and applied wax using clean and easy roller system, I didn't take too much away and kept a natural shape, put aloe gel on and all seemed fine. I also did a patch test behind her ear for a tint. She seemed really happy and booked in for her tint the following week. However her eyebrows have reacted badly, swollen and bruised, I feel awful and its never happened to me before, have I done something wrong.
BOO HOO :irked:.
Would be grateful of your views please.

If she hasnt reacted to the tint I would offer to do that next week as planned but free of charge and then patch test her again with the wax you used on eyebrows just to confirm weather the reaction was due to the process or an allergy to the wax.

This will allow you to either try a new wax or re-evaluate the process.

Either way this should allow you to keep her as a client

Im sure you can sort it x

Did you apply oil or talc before the wax to create the lipid barrier ?
