Waxing raised moles

I have a new client tomorrow for a chin wax..
She has a lot of raised moles on the chin with hairs..
I was taught not to wax them but could I pluck?

That's interesting. I was trained to never pluck hair from a mole. I would consider hard wax as it doesn't adhere to the skin. Good luck.
