Hi all, have any of you ever experienced side effects (eg. Top layer of skin coming off with wax) after performing wax on a client using nimu skincare?
Totally mortified as client has red sore marks after eyebrows waxed (procedure carried out exactly same as we've done a thousand times before, wax just right temp etc) after speaking to poor client, I found out she's been using nurse prescribed nimu face and eye creams, containing hydroxy acids, vit A etc... Effectively peeling skin and making it paper thin.... Aaagghhhhh
What on earth to do? Wondered if anyone else experienced this. Do you ask in detail what cream clients are using on face before every waxing?
