Hi, I am after any hints/tips with regards a situ that presented itself today.

We are a perron rigot strip/non strip salon and had a lady in for full leg and bikini. She was in with one of my therapists who has waxing training but is new to PR (advanced training on Fri) she really struggled getting some of the hairs out from the lower leg using the strip wax and so reverted to non-strip for the more stubborn hairs and even had to tweeze a few - in the end it ended up taking 2.5hrs and just wondered if anyone had experienced this before and if so could offer any words of advice or options to try?

Thanks in anticipation :)

Blimey, that IS quite a long time!
How much of a bikini wax was it? Do you know how long she took for each component of the treatment? Had the client been shaving before (it's a bugger if they have - you get really short hairs that don't respond well to waxing for the first couple of goes)
Have you seen the therapist working? Just wondered about her technique.
Are you using pot and spat, or roller cartridges? Which PR wax was she using for each part?
Sorry about all the questions!
