Hi, Ive been asked to do a wedding fayre event in a few months time for my nails. Never done one before so wanted to ask anyone who has done them if they get bookings from it? The stand is £40.

Thanks

Hi

I've done a few like this. Use it as an advertising board - have photos of nails you have done. Also try and negotaite on the rent. For instance I offered to do a free treatment on the day to the organiser (in my case it was a full set of lash extensions) instead of paying for your stand.

That way, people get to see your work first hand and it will only cost you in products.

Hi, I have done a few,the last one I did I got 4 bookings and have had repeat business from them. I always show plenty of samples, and offer 15% off bride and mother of the bride nails if they book on the day. It worked for me. I never offered anything on the other ones i did and didn't get any booking. at the fair I did a consultation on their hands and nails and listened to what they had in mind and gave them some idea what I could do for them. It was very successful.
