Wedding nails

When a new client calls for nail extensions for her wedding day I usually recommend they are applied at least one day before...ideally I like to see her before that to discuss ideas for any particular nail art she would like, to check out her natural nails to check suitability for extensions etc etc. Do you all do this too or what would you recommend?

I have had a few brides recently who have come in about 4-6 weeks before the wedding to have a couple of manicures to get the cuticles and hands etc in better condition before the day and then have the enhancements applied the day before.

yes i usually do the same if the client is happy to do that...most are and seeing her for the manicures I get a chance to mention that the bridesmaids etc may want treatments too
