Dont worry, the weight comes off eventually!

I have stopped for nearly 3 years now, but its only in the past few months that the weight I gained (3 stone) has started to shift. Stick with it though, it is well worth it, you will be a slim non smoker in time to come, and of course you know about the health benefits!

I heard somewhere once that a smoker who goes to the gym regularly is still more likely to suffer a premature death than a non smoker who doesnt exercise and has weight issues, the effects of smoking on your health are that great.

I think the best advice I could give is not to be tempted to do drastic diets, you wont gain anything except more health problems. Eat a healthy balanced diet and allow yourself some treats from time to time, the weight will come off eventually.

Well done for stopping smoking too, it;s a great achievement!!
