I've been on it for 3 months and I have lost 1 stone so far, I really like it's very easy to follow and very healthy I also love the activity log cause it motivates you to be more active everyday whether you go to the gym or go for a walk or simply clean the house or in my case clean my salon daily, iam a online member and honestly I love it it really does help you to be healthy mentally,physically,emotionally
