Hi,
I currently use Wella 55/66 on a few of my clients but wondered if I only have 55/0, how much 0/66 to add for the same colour? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. x

To achieve this you'd use the rule of 11.
So 11 - base shade (55/0)= 6
Result = cm of mix tone : 6cm of 0/66.
If you prefer to work in grams then decide your cm by 2 to get grams.
So 6cm ÷2 = 3g.
So 3g 0/66 for every 30g 55/0 :)

Thank you for your reply, yeah 3g to every 30g is what Wella suggests for a 5 base but wondered if it would still come out as purple or would I add slightly more 0/66? x

No don't addd more, it'll be too dark. The mix tones are so dense it's unreal, especially 0/66 and 0/88 they're so dense if you add too much it'll just make the colour look black.

Ok, thank you :)
