Since Welloxon 3% (10vol) is not available in Europe, can I use Illumina with Welloxon 4% (13vol) for level on level depositing as I would have done with 3%?

Please could I also ask about using Illumina with 1.9% (6vol) developer? Is there any difference between using Colour Touch 1.9% vs Pastel 1.9%? If so, in what kind of situations would you choose one over the other?

Thanks very much in advance!

1.9% is more beneficial for deposit only - can be used with Illumina.
4% with Illumina will create a small amount of lift.
CT 1.9% has slightly different components, conditioning agents , additives etc ...
For KP , Illumina + Blondor I'd use welloxon 1.9%/ pastell.
For colour touch use CT 1.9%
