Hi all. I'm planning on trying Wella Special Blonde plus Special mix on uncoloured base 3/4 to get a Coolidge light brown. This will be on Virgin extensions. I'm going to use 12/89 and 0/28 with 12%. Can someone tell me how much 0/28 to use in this instance? I'm sure I read somewhere in here to use 4g?? Thanks!

*coolish light brown

Someone please?

Really? "Extension Suppliers" gets 24 replies and no one can help with this?

Think about the depth your going to achieve. Then use the rule of 11. The double it because you're using double developer so it'll dilute the tone.

Case study, depth achieved level 7, 11 - 7 = (4 x 2) = 8(g).

Perfect. Thank you so much Cams. I wasn't sure about the rule of 11 as it's a special blonde but doubling makes sense! So for a 7, 8g per tube. If I go for a 6 then 10g per tube?
