What are canes & where can I get them?

Hi ladies, I've just been ooh'ing & aah'ing over some of your work....one thing I've noticed it the amount of amazing work using bright glitters and what look like tiny stickers of bees, butterflies, flowers etc encased in clear or glitter acrylic.

If any of you can give me details on where I can get them I'd be really grateful.

canes are made of fimo. you can buy a whole one or you can buy ready sliced ones like i did. you then ecase tham in gel or acrylic. www.carolynsclaycreations
