What are these red lines!

Hope you can see on the pic just about to refill my nails n have noticed these red lines they weren't there when I put my nails on 2 weeks ago but they go right from the cuticle to the free edge. I am 27 weeks pregnant and it is only on this finger it's not raised.

Thinking about this vertical ridges are mainly just lines, and not as red as this.

Fingernails with these lines may suggest an underlying medical condition. It would be best to consult your doctor

I am having loads of broken capillaries all down the arm of this hand and a consultant said its to do with been pregnant and blood flowing faster so looks like something else baby is doing!
I am with the consultant on fri will ask then
