What are weekend nails???

What is the difference between a full acrylic set and weekend nails?

Any ideas??

They are just tips blended and shaped with a skinny layer of L&P for enough strength to last for a weekend.

o i never knew that i would have guessed it to be instant tips then u paint or overlay the top.

I didn't know what weekend nails were. I thought they must just be the stick on ones lol

Depends where you go and what system the tech has.

In a nutshell, weekend nails are very thin and not very strong.
You could do it with soak-off gel, L&P, tip-n-dip, or resin. Just apply the tip, trim, buff, then apply the chosen product VERY thinly. Cure, file & buff for finish.
