What can be done about this?

At work we do not have any colour reducer and they wont bring any in. What say using bleach with peroxide 1.5% be simular ? What can I do about this??

If you can't get a colour reducer or remover, the next gentle option would probably be a bleach bath I think

You could do bleach with 1.5% at a 1:2 ratio. Bleach and warm water if it's only slight colour reduction needed. Bleach shampoo. Etc
