What colour would I use, please help urgent?

So at the moment we been using 7/73 colour touch and 9% bleach and toner colour touch 10/0 & 9/16
1st pic is before we did her hair
2nd pic is what she wanted
3rd pic is what we achieved
Rest are after about a year not getting that desired look, can someone please advise what colours to use ? Thanks xx

So am I right in thinking that 1+2 is before.
3+4 is goal photos. And 5,6,7+8 are after photos?

4 is results a year ago and 5,6,7,8 is recent
