what course to do first??

Hi all,

Hoping you can help! I have just completed a body massage course, and i'm looking to do more courses what would you reccomend doing next?? What would generate most profit and attract customers in.

i find waxing is my main money earner followed by manicure and pedicure, hope this helps

Thanks Lenna, i was thinking waxing to be honest, i have seen a one day course. Is it fairly easy to get the hang of?

I dont think you can master waxing in one day, its taken me 3 months to master it and be confident, and thats re-training 10 years later too.
If you have already done massage why dont you add holistic therapies like indian head or hot stone or reiki?

I do want to do indian head etc but wanted to do something that was going to bring in dients and get me earning, i think because of the current financial crisis people aren't so interested in holistics. I know i won't master it in a day but will i gain enough to be able to practice and then become competent??

I done nails 1st, then waxing, then spray tan.

I really wish i done Spray Tan 1st, as the amount of money you can make from it is unreal. If i done spray tan 1st i would have been able to pay for all my other courses a lot quicker.

Can tanning be done at home though? Does it make a mess? That was something i hadn't even thought of doing!! Not really interested in nails. Clare

I do it mobile, so i am doing it in peoples homes all the time.

If you buy the right equipment, and a pop-up tent you get no mess at all.

If i were you I would do manicures and pedicures (you cant go wrong with nails) and waxing, reiki and indian head massages are not money spinners IMHO

I'm just deciding where the best place to do a nail course is, should i go to college or somewhere like creative?
