Hello!Just out of boredom and curiosity! What did you guys eat today? Did you exercise? I ate less than normal today, here it is:


Breakfast: Almond milk coffee.

Lunch: three bananas and a bowl chili con carne from yesterday

Snacks: dates, pickles, a mandarin.

Dinner: a vegan hamburger (mushroom, tomato, pineapple, spinach in a bun).

Dessert: a bowl of vanilla ice cream with mango sorbet.

Exercise: I went to a cycling/spinning class 1h.

its almost lunchtime here..
Breakfast: a slice of last nights pepperoni pizza - cold
a swig of water

lunch will be: chicken breast, cucumber, tomatoes, raw carrots and anything else I can find in the fridge

snacks are: blackberries, blueberries, plums and bourbon biscuits (not all at same time)

tea will be: lasagne made with turkey mince -and a separate turkey mince meal for the DF child - with peas and corn.

naughty stuff: a starbar and a malteser bar both in the fridge calling my name :)

exercise: stretching during a yawn, housework, walking to and from car, hand to mouth while eating - I have a rare 'do nothing' day today!
 
I just had rice chips and curry sauce for breakfast 😂 hahaha hangovers are a killer xx
 
Devoured a 12" spicy meat, pineapple and pepper pizza and half a garlic bread at 9am to soak up yesterday's alcohol from a party.

I've not long woken up and can't be bothered to get out of bed yet, so I havnt eaten lol. But when I do....I will eat EVERYTHING! Xxx
 
Up since 10.30am.... Have had a coffee. 3 teas, and a slice of toast... A fry is being made now :p 60th birthday last night so everyone is a tiny bit hungover and fragile :p

nope, soymilk ice cream:) I dont eat dairy. Your day sounds good! I had some more ice cream lol
 
So far I've had a crumpet for breakfast and a mullet light yoghurt

A bacon sandwich for lunch

Dinner will be steak egg and chips!

-naughty day but it is Sunday! :D
 
I've had maple and pecan cereal and a couple of wispa bites from last nite :( having a Sunday roast 4 tea so will save myself 4 that . Yum yum xxx

are you just dairy free or vegan?
my daughter is DA so most of our food is dairy free so make it same for her BUT I don't always refrain from dining on the dairy, I just ensure she has other meals..lol.

she has Swedish Glace icecream, I think it tastes really creamy and not soya like at all - she wont eat or drink soya products notmally (but loves the SG IC) but has coconut milk instead.
what dairy substitutes do you have for icecream, cheese etc.
 
It's nearly 2pm here but I've had a coffee with 2 small rich tea biscuits, and am now eagerly awaiting a bacon sandwich with tiger loaf bread. Yum!!
 
Breakfast : 1.5 weatabix banana with 250ml of semi skimmed milk.

Snack: pack of cheese & onion Pombears

Lunch: currently have an homemade chicken curry with rice cooking.

Tea will possibly be a salad or maybe a baked potato, haven't decided yet.
 
1 migraine, 3 decaf coffees, 2 bags of ready salted crisps. Really can't be arsed today :-(
 
2 samosas, last nights left over take away curry with rice. A piece of Green and Blacks almond chocolate.

I went to Waitrose and bought some lovely marinated chicken breast on skewers which I will grill and have in pittas with salad and fries for dinner.
 
I had a McDonald's breakfast! Egg muffin, egg snack wrap and iced mocha yum

Nothing else! Apart from a few cups of tea/coffee

I think I've been quite good.

Breakfast: 2 slices of wholemeal bread toasted and butter.

Lunch: weight watchers chicken noodle soup and 2 slices wholemeal bread

Dinner: homemade veg curry and boiled rice, and a cheeky wee glass of Rose wine
Will maybe have some ice cream later.
Snacks : packet of Lovehearts...they stop heartburn :)
 
Had a pig out day
Breakfast: mixed berry smoothie
Lunch: Gluten free pasta at ask
Dinner: BBQ tuna, hallumi and chicken, corn on cob with raw salad
And now im munching on raw chocolate
Done a quick Pilates ab workout before going to lunch

Lunch: chicken caesar salad, sparkling water.
Afternoon snack: banana
Evening meal: bagel, smoked salmon, salad, sparkling water.
Evening snack: nectarine and mango.

Goodie two shoes :wink2:
 
Bacon, scrambled egg, mushrooms tomotoes and two slices of whole meal bread for brekkie.

Two homemade flapjacks for lunch.

Lemon and garlic chicken with sugar snap peas, baby corn and boiled potatoes!

I think that's it x

Lunch : pints of Stella and some olives
Dinner: sirloin steak,chips,salad
Just now : bag of giant buttons (yorkie ones )
In between all of these quavers.....I love quavers!

( currently eyeing up the strawberry trifle in fridge )

I'm so elegant!
