What do I need to ask??

I have a meeting with a lady who owns a salon, she is renting a nail table which im interested in. But im new to all of this & not sure what to ask!
i thought i might be going in on a self employed basis but she said they have there own salon prices.
Please can you advise what would be useful to find out?

Who supplies what, what is the profit split, what is your commission for services, commission for retail sales, how are new clients divided, are there other techs, hours required to be there, how are vacations handled, is there an employment contract that needs to be signed, how does it deal with separation (non-compete clause), is there a pedi-spa, are you sharing equipment, how are the cleaning and sanitizing responsibilities divided, who cleans the overall space of the salon, how about advertising, who is responsible for advertising that you are new there, do you get to set specials, can you lock up your equipment when you leave.
These are just a few of the things I have heard other techs mention as problems after the fact. I'm sure there are more, but these are the ones that jump out at me! Good luck!
