Hello,,

Just wondering...

when you do a Infill or a re balance on a client, whether it be gels, L&P or a wrap if they had a missing nail - say the tip was no longer there or most or all of the product was gone for whatever reason. .

would you charge them for the rebalance/infill and a repair or would you include the repair in the charge of the rebalance/infill.

Hope that makes sense.

Thanks
Annabel

i do up to 2 free repairs included in the price, if i do additional ones then i charge individually for them on top of the rebalance price.

this is what i also try and do.x

If a client keeps to their recommended maintenance schedule, I usually allow 1 or 2 free repairs.

If a client stretches out their maintenance appointments longer than I recommend, I charge for every single repair and charge extra for their maintenance.

I charge for all repairs, but then my rebalance charge is not really high enough. In this economic client I don't feel I can increase it, so those that look after their nails benefit and the trashers pay. It works for me.

Hi i have just increased my rebalance price by £5.00 so now i tend to do replacements free :!: it saves the thats £2.50 or so for each replacement nail and i am not out of pocket

Thank you all for your replies.
