Hubby just made this for me quickly.
What do you think?
What do you think?
Ha ha. He is very clever. After all he married me. Lol.
Ruth, I told him you said it's out of line but he won't change it. He thinks he's right. Lol
What does LAC stand for?? Sorry thats all I am trying to work out lol! And I agree with Ruth to get the alinment right and perfect!
But still whats LAC stand for lol???? xx
I like the eye.
What I would do if it was me is move the "Nails & Beauty" bit (with the eye) about 2 or 3 pixels to the left, so it lines up with the "LAC" better (it's ever so slightly too far to the right at the moment) - and move it down a couple of pixels so it's slightly more spaced out from the "LAC".
See, told you I was fussy!!!
Is the eye taken from a web image? if so, be careful when you're printing because web stuff is at 72dpi (dots per inch) and it'll look blocky and pixellated. Anything for print needs to be at least 300dpi.
Did he also design it in RGB or CMYK? Again, one is for the web and one's for printing- more often than not colours will look completely different on screen than printed if you don't start the process using CMYK. A lot of people arent too bothered about a difference in colour - but then again, if you're creating a "brand" you ought to keep it as consistent as possible!
I don't actually know what he used. The image was taken from the application's standard images. I have the same logo in 3 different sizes. I'm guessing 1 for internet use, 1 for printing and the other I don't know.
Thanks for the info. I'll be sure and pass on. I need a new logo now as I've changed my name to LA Lashes. He better get cracking.

Carl rocks when it comes to logos, and knows what he's talking about too
Have to agree with Ruth - Carl is superb!! He has produced some fine stuff for me and he is so well priced.
