What does permission error mean?

It comes up sometimes when I am trying to read a post. Does that mean I was blocked from it or it has been deleted? I'm confused...

Yes I too have recieved this notice when looking up a thread that was posted earlier (it really got my goat!!) but I knew there were enough "educated" geeks to reply but wanted to see outcome!

St311ar, I was referring to the DIY Shellac thread! I thought what you wrote was excellent! But still can't see outcome this morning?!
Maybe it has been deleted as the OP wasn't a professional?
