What is 'in salon training'??

Hi guys,

Sorry if this a silly question but I have had a letter which says 'to discuss the possibility of in salon training please contact me'

Could anyone tell me what exactly this means? Is it that I take the training course in the actual salon or is it like to practice after I've completed the course?

Usually means training in your salon environment.

hi there, in salon training ususally means from my experience that you will be shown the ropes by another more qualified member of staff as opposed to being sent out to the official training,eg product lines etc i would check that this is not he case or at least be confident that what they are in house training you in ,is indeed just a recap or being shown "their" own trademark technique , so you are just adapting as otherwise you may not be insured ...
