Ah thank you! It's Empower Nail Art (ultra thin, self-adhesive nail film) custom cut into long triangles, and stuck onto the black Shellac, then top coated! xx

I would say you need the 'confetti' style glitter? I think that's what it's called. I assume you lay it down like a rockstar? Flattening the pieces. Perhaps you can buy it pre mixed or so so yourself?
