What nails are you sporting today?

Not my nails but my sisters- my sis has gone through chemo, radiotherapy and her nails finally decided they wanted to feel the full effects of the big c theyve split, peeled and broke off but i gave them a good tidy up yesterday and shellaced her with rock royalty and a couple of rhinestones on her ring finger ready for her holiday to france and while i was at it my neice sat like a proper little lady and had her nails polished with cnd colour and effects (colours she chose and which grandad named hopes tutti fruity mani)

First attempt at a colour fade using a sponge and regular nail polish with opal shimmer added to top coat
Messy work but loving the result

I love this effect but its a real problem keeping the strands down, I've put on 3 top coats and they still keep lifting through.

I dont think its something I'll be recommending to clients

Trying out neon glitters. Put the glitter over cream puff shellac. They are stargazer glitters, look great in the pot but not so bright on. &#128542;

This was my first time using these things so just brought them from eBay as didn't want to splash out lots case I didn't get on with them but saying that's the quality really isn't bad at all.

It's a water transfer which I cut down and lined the edge with stripping tape
