My client last night wanted neon flowers on white nails. So I mixed the neon powders into some one move paint - and painted the flowers. I wasn't sure if it would work but it did. I couldn't capture the brightness of the flowers in the photo but they were very bright in real life x

Love them. What colour paint did you use?

can't remember - but they were Crystal Nails one move paints, and the closest match I could get to the neons - so pink with pink, orange with orange etc. The neons are so highly pigmented that the paint soon took on the colours x

I haven't seen a tutorial - but yes you're right Clearly Pink for the base, then your colours painted wherever! I used a small art brush with IPA to clean out my spaces xx
