It is indeed! I can't believe I didn't like it when it first came out.

If you do put Silver VIP over it, don't do what I did and rush it on your own fingers. It will show if you havn't covered all of the Cityscape, as it does change the tonal value of the overall look, meaning you will have lighter areas where Cityscape hasn't been covered!
In my case, at the base of the nail. :o
