Haven't done hand painting with non-gel polish forever so I brought out some challengingly pastel neon summer shades from last year from the China glaze sunsational collection. I love these shades but they are so chalky to apply ugh.

How did u do the 2nd ones xx

Did black nails with subtle glitter then completed with top it off. Then wiped.
Painted 'paint drips' on in arctic freeze and cured. Then using neon pigments brushed on to tacky white, top it off, cured and wiped. Xx
