What product to use for a newby?

Hi All,
I'm new to the Salon Geek. I just wanted to pick your brains. I have just started out doing Gel Nails and was taught with the Nouveau gel and cleanser. However I am looking about to see if there are any other products which are better, for whatever reason. I would ideally like to use a one-step product, which I can purchase in clear, white and pink.

Any ideas?

Sorry if this sounds like a totally stupid question but I'd just like some advice from people with much more experience.

Welcome to the site ... why not have a look around.

There are articles and tutorials and gazillions of posts re different products to look at first. It won't take you long before you realise which products come top of the list in popularity and why they do. Go to the forum home page and read the articles and tutorials etc. There are articles on choosing the right gel for you etc etc.

Like any other group of products as in skin care etc .. there are the top brands, the middle of the road and the lower end.

Using a top brand is not all about cost it is about reliability and wear-ability and longevity for your clients. Clients who do not have to worry about problems with their enhancements from one appointment to the next STAY loyal with that product and that nail artist.
