What SPF do you use and which brand?

Mine has to be SPF 50 and I use heliocare. I've tried so many different brands and this is the best one I've used. suits my skin lovely.

I use Daylong 16 by Spirig. You can't buy it here, but you can get it on Amazon. Very expensive. But as the name suggests, you only need to apply it once a day for protection all day. I used it on my children when we travelled in Australia and never once had a sunburn. I think you can get factor 25 too.

SPF 30 for the first 2/3 days then SPF 15 for the rest - I've always used no7 xx

I use Lancaster sun cream and After sun.
Factor 50 on my face, Factor 30 for a few days then factor 15.
I also used their tan preparer before I went on holiday, I was only away a week but I achieved a nice brown colour and absolutely no sunburn. I have very fair skin. Result.
