I dont have a very big client base just now and ive had a few clients that never returned ( both wanted nails for special occasion) but my question is do you email/post old clients that havent returned any special offers you are currently running or do you just leave it?:green:

I was thinking of maybe sending clients some special offers to see if they come bak through the door but wanted some opinions first:rolleyes:

I would send them your specials hun, you have nothing to lose have you really. Only things to gain, and it is coming round to the party season, so its just the right time to give them a nudge in your direction ..xxx

Seeing as its this time of year I would focus on your existing client base by sending out XMAS cards in a fortnight or so with your literature in. Its a more subtle approach and shows you care about them and their custom.

I'd also try to attract new clients by doing local mail shots. Do a leaflet drop yourself or speak to a couple of local newsagents and see if they'll allow you to slip your literature in the local weekly paper. You might have to be up at 5 or 6am one morning to do it but it pays. Look around at other forms of advertising and marketing online such as gumtree, yell.com etc.. and you could also advertise by placing adverts/posters/leaflets in local papers, shop windows, gyms, sports clubs, golf clubs, hotels, hairdressers etc...

Hi

Whenever I do a mail drop I include every client that has ever had a service from me, regardless of what that service was. You never know when you might be offering something that they need at that time! HTH
