Homemade chicken goujons (thanks to another geeks tip on the healthy thread) salad and potato wedges.
And pear and blackberry cobbler with ice cream! First time I made it but not bad! X
They sound delicious! I stuff the peppers with tomatoes (fresh if possible, otherwise chopped tinned) add some spring onion and herbs. Fat free if we are watching our weight.
I love pine nuts. Roasted and sprinkled over salad.

We had lamb roast dinner, all the trimmings last night. We had so much left over so I guess it's my dinner tonight too
