Hi

If I use cream puff shellac what is the best brush to use to correct the smileline.

Also I do gel nails and have tried all sorts of brushes to correct the smile line but none are that good and its driving me mad.

Do you need a square brush or oval. If anyone has any brushes that they would recommend then that would really help me.

Thanks

Abi

Yes, what she said please.;)

I use an artist's #4 filbert with a little bit of alcohol on it. Works great.

thanks for replying. i have never heard of that brush, do you know where i can get one from. thanks. abi

Any craft or art supply store. It is a flat brush with a bit of a rounded edge and medium length bristles. But they are clearly marked and called "filbert", so if you ask for them, they should be able to take you right to them!
Good luck!
HTH!

I use a #4 flat (square) brush.

I use the CND Honey Oval brush . short bristled and oval but will also go to a nice point when you require it.

I have been using this brush also but the bristles keep seperating and then snagging into my smile line. Is there a trick to it geeg? Should i be using wet with alcohol? At the moment i am just wiping it on a lint wipe dampened with d-sperse.

I use my brush damp with D.Sperse in a point and with a light touch.
