What's the best way to advertise starting off mobile work?

hey guys
im a nail technician of 5 years currently working in a salon and earn some extra cash want to start up mobile. can anyone give me some tips on best ways of getting my name out there etc.

also anyone looking for nail tech/beauty therapist in essex area let me know. im considering moving salons..

Hi Michelle, I am not a nail tech, but Holistic Therapies, I have made a facebook page, website and I deliver flyers round and about, I also clerk at a weight watchers meeting where I have my flyers on the table. I also advertise on Netmums, you're allowed to do this once a month, Gumtree and Freeindex, I have a card up in my Dr's and the local chinese shop. I also noticed today that my local Tesco has a community board outside and all I have to do is hand a flyer in which they place in the board. Try asking local schools about fayres etc. My hairdresser who is freelance too hands some out to her clients for me as well, you could try hairdressers, shops, list is endless Hope this is enough for you to go by, good luck x
