As a salon franchise owner (who is not a barber / stylist) I have an unquenchable thirst for insights that can help to improve my employees work lives - and thus the customer experience.

What's the most annoying or frustrating part of working in a Salon?

That one thing that you wish would be different or easier.

That one process or practice that desperately needs updating or reimagining.

Other hairdressers that steal product from your stash or continually poach your products at the backbar

Bookings that don’t use my time efficiently - an underarm wax booked into my prime 6pm evening slot. Or weird gaps between appointments that I can’t fit another appointment into.

Basically I like to work smart and not hard and earn good money not ok money.
