As a salon franchise owner (who is not a barber / stylist) I have an unquenchable thirst for insights that can help to improve my employees work lives - and thus the customer experience.
Today's juicy question is simple...
What's the most annoying or frustrating part of working in a Salon?
That one thing that you wish would be different or easier.
That one process or practice that desperately needs updating or reimagining.
