I was sat wondering tonight about what the next bigthing would be in the nail world ??
When I first started off doing nails there wasnt much nail art and then came glitter tips I remember the pic of the ruby slippers in scratch and me being mega excited then came 3d and I loved it since then we have had PopIts and Minx so come on get your thinking heads on and lets try and guess what we would like to see next.

I dont know ? but I'd like to be the one that markets something good and popular :lol:

oooo yeah I might even have the next big thing here with me now, but I couldn't possibly share, someone might copy me lol

Ok I haven't but would be lovely wouldn't it...

mmmmm let me think............
I suppose clients would say, 'nails that last forever and never need maintenance' lol

Maybe a machine that you just put the hand under select buttons to choose design and colours etc.... then it magically determines the nail shape size and the best way to apply the nails..... and APPLIES THEM !

Plllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaseeeeeeeeeeee don't anyone EVER make this machine it would be the end !!!
Would be cool for doing your own though :green:

Just had another thought of something that would be a bit crazy, acrylic powders with magnetic particles in, that moved when you went near a magnetic field.... remember them things you used to play with as a kid, you would get a little magnet pen and draw pictures, the magnetic bits would swirl around,
I know they do an enamel like this, But in acrylic or gel form would be cool... would keep me entertained for aaaggeess...
Can't see it being the 'next big thing' but I do like the idea lol

Hope they never make that machine Ems or we would be out of a job but you never know  Love the magnet idea though would be cool :)
I would like to see self adhesive tips so no glue just press them on and they stick ....... I will copyright this now lol

They do actually have machines you put your fingers & toes in and it puts the design on in nail varnish perfectly!!! there amazing cost about £600!!!

I would like to see something, anything, that removes l&p quickly and cleanly, when you have to soak off, it is the least favourite thing that I have to do, not that I have to very often but when I do, arrgghhhh! Of course only available to qualified techs, we don't want anyone to be able to do it, or we would have constant spates of "Oh they just fell off in the bath or whatever scenarios"

LOL - I sneezed and they flew off haha

:!:Been thinking a little more today and would like to see some kind of hand tool for speeding up prep work maybe an electric cuticle pusher :!:

A machine that dispenses the perfect mix ratio ball onto your brush.....oh i wish

A product which never lift's, never need's zone 3 filling down before an infill and no rebalance lines showing through.
Think im just getting lazy now!

That would be a dream .........:)

Me again on a more serious note...i would like to see CND do 3D/encased nail art training. That would be cool although they are cool enough already :)

They could employ me for 3d even more of a dream

I would really like to see a white powder that went on as easily at the pink or clear. I know why it's a different consistency, but the company who could manage to circumvent this would make a killing! :)

That would be cool but going off the subject slightly, why is it a different consistency?

I seem to recall it was because of the pigment, unless my memory is failing me! :)
