We wanted to achieve a grey. She wasnt fussed what type of grey. So I sugested something on the lighter side to give for variation between the base. I just used 10.21 & 10vol & left it on for 20mins. To tone down the yellow. Didnt even get to use anything else as it looks grey to me. It is extreemly dry though. I want to keep the tones we created or enchance it but add shine. What do you recomed?? Not fussed with.colour range

You could use a gloss over it which will give it shine, I use wella they do one which is colour touch relights 0/0 use with colour touch 1.9% developer for about 5-20 minutes

Clear in dialight L'Oréal gives a nice shine, but I think you're going to want a really good treatment on it to put the shine back in and some good aftercare :)
