Where can I buy various Nail Art things?

Hi

Can someone please tell me where I can get the following:

Nail art paints (you know the water-based powder paints)

A nail piercing drill (and nail rings)

An Airbrush and supplies, and where can I do an airbrushing course?

I'm due to get some business funding soon and these are some of the things I have asked for funding for.

Essentials do an air brushing home course that supplies you with the air brush,
or you can try E-bay, not all air brushes come with compressors and thats the most expensive part, as for nail drill's if its to drill the hole for nail rings then i bought two hand drill's from E-bay in gold, they are great came direct from hong kong, Also I buy alot of my nail art paints ect from At Your Finger Tips very reasonable prices
