Hi just stumbled across this forum, some great information.
I am confused as to where is best to train to become a nail technician.
Is it best to go part time at a college,
Train at a specialised training school,
Do the home-learning course

Please help as there sems to be so many and I dont know which to choose.
I live nr brighton, so if anyone can suggest a good place to go near there, that would be great.

Hiya and welcome to the site....

There are many ways to train and many of us have trained in lots of different way and with lots of different trainers.

We can list who we have trained with and what was good/bad about it but it wont help you much hun...reasons being....what works for 1 person doesn't always work for another...also there are lots of other factors to consider....location...price...further training....products....continued support....etc.....

Thank you all so far for your comments.
I have been doing a lot of research recently and it seems that Creative Nail Academy keeps coming up trumps as 'the best' place to train.
Any comments about them would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi,

Hi Bonnie,

Take a little time to look at the titles of the threads on the page (and maybe 2 or 3 pages) and you will see that just below your thread, another person has asked the same question as you. In fact this question gets asked all the time as I'm sure you can imagine. Take a look at that thread and it will lead you to the answers you want. OR go to search and put in training and see what comes up.

Welcome to the site and have fun browsing around.
