Where to buy second hand electrical equipment?

Hi guys, do any of you know of any sites that sell used beauty equipment? Im looking for high frequency, vacuum, galvanic etc etc
I have had a look on Ebay but a lot of the equipment is either new and to expensive for me or from more affordable but from abroad.

Guess I will just have to keep saving :irked:
